Advice

Boys, one word of advice to keep you from being seriously steeped in anti-male sentiment in your near future:

  • When you get to your date's house, don't call her and tell her to come out. GO to the door! It's basic common courtesy, especially on the first date.

Also, don't use cologne as a weapon. It's allergy season.

That's all. [...] keep up the good work.

Oh Kendall, I'm sorry! I'll be there in an hour with ice cream.

I guess guys could wonder why some girls lie too? So to be fair, let's just hate liars in general. :)

You're going to have to tell me the story related to these vehement comments, though.

It's true, Chris. You're not going to win that argument against Kendall. All guys *she's* met have been less than valiant in the honesty dept.

And to be fair, there are plenty of good things about men, and I try and see those good things more often than the bad things. I guess it boils down to seeing what you want to see: while not ignoring faults, taking them into the whole equation and figuring out if current product is worth it. Most of the time if you take someone at their whole worth, present and projected, you are pleasantly surprised.

mm...and flakey dandruff.

Now, isn't there a difference between lying and being a liar? Liars go to hell (2 Ne. 9:34). Not all boys go to hell. Thus, all boys lie, but not all men are liars.

And boys should never call and tell a girl to come out, not even on their 1000th date. Always come to the door and be a gentlemen. No exceptions.
